Welcome to Our School
Welcome to North Park Elementary School! We serve TK–6 students in Valencia, California, in the Saugus Union School District. In addition to high academic standards, North Park Elementary offers a unique, arts-focused curriculum. Thanks to the generous funding and support of our PTA, we provide many opportunities for students to experience and participate in the performing and visual arts.
A Message from Our Principal
As the principal of North Park Elementary School, I welcome you and look forward to working with you and your children. We are a California Distinguished School as well as a California Gold Ribbon School. We owe our success directly to the commitment and partnership we have with our students, their parents, and our supportive community.
We are an arts-based school. As such, all students at North Park have opportunities to show their artistic talents. Students study famous artists and replicate their great works through our school-wide art program. We also work with the College of the Canyons Performing Arts Center (PAC) to bring artists in residence to our school. All grade levels participate in eight sessions with an artist. These sessions might focus on music, dance, or drama. Additionally, many of our students participate in weekly beginning through advanced band classes and other after-school enrichment performing arts programs.
